"The hotel is good but maybe a 4*sup. There are room for improvements. Examples:
- our robes were taken by the lady that made our room We asked the reception to send new ones, they never appeared
- to return the pool towel it took me about 20 min, just because I didn’t change it every single day. That wasn’t said in the beginning.
- we ordered an expresso and a cappuccino in the pool and at first it was brought in papers cup. The guy says that is a policy that in the pool always has to serve...

"10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location."

"I stayed at this condo for two weeks and had the chance to experience two different rooms.
What I liked:
• The location was very convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants.
• The staff were always kind and responsive, whether it was cleaning or handling small requests.
