If you plan to rent or bring a boat, please let us know in advance. Our dock has bumpers and cleats for pontoons/deck/bass boats. Please note - the water level off our dock ranges from 40 to 42 inches deep, so please factor this in.

MAIN LEVEL
Enter the main level of the house to a well appointed and spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and direct access to a large screened in porch overlooking Lake Gaston. The attached dining room and drop down living room have great scenic view as well. Step outside from the living room to the sundeck with a grill...or stay inside and relax in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. This level also has a large selection of board games and puzzles available to play with family and friends. The large main floor bedroom has a king sized bed and connects to a full bath. A laundry room and pantry can also be found on this level.

UPPER LEVEL
The upper level offers two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath. Bedroom one has a full bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a deck with seating and beautiful lake views. A small loft workspace overlooks the living room below.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level includes a bunk room and great room. The great room has a foosball table and pool table with a ping pong table conversion top, as well as, a 65" big screen tv with an Xbox 360 game system and controllers. The bunk room comfortably sleeps six with one full bed, three twin beds and a trundle. The lower level also has a full bath with a walk in shower. The covered outdoor patio off this level leads to a flat lakeside yard perfect for corn hole, croquet or a backyard firepit with s’mores.

There is also a second refrigerator/freezer located in the garage.

NOTE: This property features 4 exterior security cameras, of which the following 3 are not active during guest stays (facing the shed, facing the main door, and facing the lawn). One of the 4 cameras (facing the long driveway) is active at all times. None of these cameras face interior spaces.
