We were first assigned a pet room that smelled like dogs and had pieces of dog or cat food on the furniture. The front desk gave us a different room that was cleaner. At 2:45 am, someone unlocked our door and tried to enter. Luckily we had the door stop safety lock engaged so they couldn't get in. After a sleepless night we complained to the manager - they said they would review security footage and figure out what happened. They never got back with us. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was much more than I have experienced at other hotels. ALL were friendly and went beyond to make the stay for me and my staff amazing. Very accommodating to us for our meetings. They were constantly cleaning and checking on all guest. The cookies you smelled cooking when you walked in were great. The staff at breakfast was attentive to everyone's needs. and Breakfast was hot and very good.

One queen bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. Mattress must had been old. Ithe other queen bed felt like it had a pillow top. If it didn’t have that it would have been hard too.

The entire place is filthy. Black scum in the pool. We got locked in the pool room and the door wouldn't open. There were roaches running around the pool room. My son got bedbug bites. We had roaches in our room. We booked five nights and ended up staying only 2, got charged for the third night even though we ran out of there at 10pm because of the bugs. We got refunded for 2 nights. The ppl at the front desk did not apologize. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. We ended up at the Holiday Inn, which was much better. Worst place I've ever stayed.

The smells in the room was terrible they moved me to another room after my other room had a bad smell to it and the other room had the same mildew smell too it but the staff was amazing

I liked how quiet it was at night and the breakfast was really good! However the TV remote didn’t work and neither did the phone. After messaging the hotel about this I waited 25 minutes. I decided to go down to the desk and was given a new remote and told that maintenance would come and fix the phone. Never happened!

When we opened the door the smell of mold/mildew was strong. Bathroom baseboards were water stained and metal hinges rusty. TV didn’t work. Only functional ice machine was on 4th floor. To top things off the water pressure when showering varied greatly as did temp.
