"Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing...

"It exceeded our expectations. The home was so beautiful, clean, and quiet. We can tell the owner put a lot of love and time into taking care of the property. They were so thoughtful in every detail throughout the house. We were there to ride in a bike ride event. We had a really great rest both before and after the ride. The owner even let us in early just right before the hail storm so that was very helpful and kind. Chad's communication was excellent. Thank you so much! We loved every minute...

The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown and an easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. "Great house and location. Beautiful views of the Monument from the living room kitchen. The house felt brand new (and probably is?). Very quiet location not near the highway, and our kids had a large pasture to run around and play in. John and Janie are fantastic people and we enjoyed them.
