"The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove...

"The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"The property was just as beautiful as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem when we arrived—the gate code didn’t work. We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested. It felt like we were communicating with a machine instead of a person. At 12:30 a.m., we still couldn’t get in. "Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host."
