Villa Paixão by Atlantic Holiday

Villa Paixão by Atlantic Holiday is a private villa located in Machico, on the east side of Madeira Island, offering a comfortable and well-organised setting for up to six guests. Designed for couples, families and friends, the property combines indoor and outdoor areas in a practical and welcoming layout.



The villa is composed of two independent buildings within the same enclosed property. The main house features two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and all essential items needed to prepare meals during your stay. The second building, includes the third bedroom with two single beds and a smaller living room located on the lower level, offering additional privacy.



There are two bathrooms, both fitted with showers, one in each building. A hairdryer and a washing machine are available for guest use. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all stays.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool positioned between the two buildings, creating a central leisure area, along with a barbecue space suitable for outdoor meals. Private outdoor parking is available inside the property, with space for up to two cars.



A baby cot and baby high chair can be provided upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
