"Every thing was excellent"

"Room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in late and leaving the lights & heating on for our arrival. Would stay at the motel again."

"Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our recent accommodation booking at The American Creswick during the AFL long weekend. My wife and I drove approximately 150 km to the property for our booked one-night stay. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that the hotel was closed and there was a prominent “FOR SALE” sign displayed on the building. We immediately contacted the property by telephone. Approximately 20 minutes later, a man arrived, opened...

"Clean & roomy, everything you need is there. Shower was good. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Walking distance to supermarket & main street of town."

"Staff were very friendly and not arrogant at all. Very down to earth which we enjoyed and felt very welcome. Room was very big and not felt crowded. Shower was a double in a renovated modern bathroom. There were tables and chairs on the balcony up stairs that we could sit and watch the world go by. Meals were a good size and delicious. Car parking at rear too. Tables and chairs with an umbrella outdoor seating were popular. In the heart of the Daylesford township making it an easy access to...

"Amazing stay. The room was beautiful and possibly the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were incredible at making cocktails and the restaurant served the best lamb I’ve ever had. Would 100% stay here again!"

"Good value and location. Bed was really comfortable. Poor lighting in room and bathroom. Venue felt like it was mid renovation."

"The motel is in a good location and right near a great cafe called Cello. The room had everything I needed and was clean and well kept. The double spa bath was great to relax in, however the jets didn't work that well, but it didn't bother me. There was a lovely welcoming note from the motel staff, and they were happy to help when I locked myself out of my room. It was afordable, in a good location and staff make you feel welcome."
