"We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly. "Love the lodge feel and extremely kind and helpful staff. Our family stayed for three nights. Since driving the last mile was a little challenging, we opted to have dinners every night at the Lodge. Great service and wonderful food, but a bit on the pricier side compared to eating in town. We did the ATM excursion through the lodge. Xuanantunich was so close, we opted to drive via our rental and hired a private guide for $50 on-site. We did tubing on-site which was a flat 30-minute walk about...

"This may have been our favorite hotel ever for our family of four, including two teens. It was gorgeous and so unique, and the hospitality was off the charts. Every staff knew our names. They were all incredible, but especially Kobe! And the waterfall and pools were amazing to swim in. We planned on spending one free day there but ended up being there for two because nobody wanted to leave them!
If I had to find a criticism, the tram to the waterfall was broken while we were there. This...

"Table Rock surpassed our expectations. The grounds are immaculate and it felt like you were all alone in the jungle. Friendly staff and great service! The Tikal tour we took was awe inspiring, too. Would go back in a heartbeat!"
