"This property has magnificent views across the Parramatta River. There is plenty of room for a larger group. You will find most things that you require for your stay. The property offered our family group a wonderful opportunity to get together. A small draw back was that the house has aging fixtures and fittings and requires general maintenance and a good tidy up. The host however was fabulous and attended to all our questions and needs."

"We had a great stay at Lazy Dayz. Very comfortable 2br unit with a private little courtyard, everything you need and a short walk to a beautiful swimming beach. Steve & Karon were great hosts, close by if needed but left you to your own space. Highly recommend."

"Avoid this place, I had a horrible experience with this host I stayed at Amaroo Mountaintop Villa for Christmas 2023. The stay itself was pleasant and uneventful. The host (accommodated.com.au) requested a damages bond as part of my stay, which I transferred to them. After my stay, the bond was not returned to me. When I contacted the host, they replied with a series of misleading claims, including (1) claiming the bond was never paid, then (2) re-quoting my original invoice, but with higher...

"We loved it. Clean, cute, and different. Our teen enjoyed imagining how this house would have been modern a 100 years ago. It has all amenities of modern times, but the main structure is historical. We strongly recommend this property."

The host was amazing and checked in to ensure we got into the place ok, and then called after we checked out to make sure our stay was ok.
