"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. "Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers."

"Wifi was weak and signal was not stable. A large group of guests (from China I assume) was hosted in our floor. After their arrival, wifi simply stopped working due to the overload. Intercom in bedroom was not working, had to get downstairs for any request. When trying to call the reception desk, the phone was picked up by some call centre service in Asia and not someone on premises, no direct contact with the hotel staff. Disturbing fire alarm at 7AM for false occurence. Due to that I had to...
