In a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 170 - 125 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 31. Oct.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table tennis, playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 72 km, Girona 33 km, Lloret 19 km, Blanes 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Buitengewoon

Prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad. Schoon! Wij hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad. Mooie locatie voor bezoek aan Barcelona, Girona en strand. Aanrader! Contact met Interhome ook zeer prettig. Bij vragen of problemen stonden zij direct klaar.

Neu renoviert, viel Platz, mega Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der frisch renovierten Villa. Garten und Pool sind großzügig angelegt. Im Haus ebenfalls viel Platz mit guter Ausstattung. Ausblick wunderschön auf die umliegenden Berge insbesondere bei Sonnenuntergang. Nächste Stadt bzw. Stand in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus - toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ausstattung top und es war alles vorhanden an Küchenutensilien. Haus war sehr sauber. Tolle Aussicht und schöner Garten. Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr eng zum Wenden und auch recht steil zum hochfahren. Haben dann lieber an der Straße geparkt. Gut zu wissen wäre noch, dass es nur in den oberen 3 Schlafzimmern Klimaanlagen gibt. In den unteren 2 Schlafzimmern gibt es keine sondern nur Deckenventilatoren.

Wundervoll

Wir haben 9 Nächte mit 5 Personen in diesem Haus verbracht! Die Zimmer waren alle sehr schön groß und dazu sehr sauber! Es gibt 3 Doppelbetten und 2 Zimmer mit Einzelbetten,2 Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten im Aussenbereich zu entspannen und spielen. Ein großer Tisch um draussen zu essen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Schlüsselübergabe und alles was dazu gehört ließen keine Fragen offen :)

COSTA BRAVA CAN PAU

La maison était agréable. La piscine sentait mauvais malgré la visite d'un technicien. Elle est au brome et nous ne le savions pas avant de réserver et ce traitement ne nous convenait pas. Nous ne nous sommes pas baignés de la semaine. D'autre part, 4 caméras étaient à l'extérieur dont une pointée sur la piscine. Le jardin était moyennement entretenu, l'herbe n'était pas fauché. Nous ne sommes pas satisfait de cette location pour un prix onéreux.
