"No concierge on site, you are relying on technology (email) for all the information relating to the check in process. A few guests struggled with this, including myself as I didn't have access to my email at that time. Found a fantastic staff member (Maria) who was servicing the rooms, who went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome. Unit was spotless and well equipped, albeit the living area (lounge, kitchen/dining) were tiny. We enjoyed the pool and garden areas, which have a...

"I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel.
When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

"The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again"

"Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this."
