Where to begin, Let's be kind 1st. AJ was nice and was easy to reach. When we first got to the home the HVAC wasnt working and he did supply money to purchase heaters, was easy to check in. Here is the negative: -Floors were dirty and unswept. - Holes in the walls throughout the property. - Missing fire alarms in several rooms; the kitchen fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag. - Dryer lint trap was full of unknown material, appearing to be drywall or insulation, with the vent compacted. Unable to use due to fire hazard- HVAC system did not work, leaving the property without heat. - Living room TV displayed no picture. - Stains on carpets, furniture, and walls, which were also covered in dirt. - Vacuum was clogged with the same material found in the dryer. - Trash in the bathroom contained someone else’s hair and toilet paper sitting in an unknown substance. - Scattered unknown substances on walls, furniture, and remotes. - Remotes were non-functional, missing batteries or containing corroded batteries with unknown substances. - Strong odor of pets throughout the property. - Dirty dishes left behind. -Unknown bugs and dead bugs in some of the rooms.Honestly looked like someone threw a party, left and the home was never cleaned. We ended up leaving and we are disputing for a full refund.
