This comfortable 4-room apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and provides guests with a usable area of approximately 104m2. Penthouse Castellum Burgundian can be found on the top floor of one of the brand-new Castellum apartment buildings.



In the spacious lounge, there is a modern seating area and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen features luxury appliances, including a combi-oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. This luxury penthouse also features a small wine cooler to keep your wines at the right temperature. The spacious roof patio can be accessed from the lounge, offering guests a comfortable seating area and an electric barbecue.



In the apartment, there are 3 double bedroom with twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms; in one of them you can indulge in a whirlpool bath, sauna and steam shower. Perfect for some relaxation! The other bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the apartment.



One of the three apartment buildings has a small heated swimming pool (dimensions: 5 x 3 metres) with a powerful jet stream and relaxation chairs that guests may use free of charge. The apartment building is located right next to the luxury spa wellness centre 'Thermen Maastricht'. The wellness centre is open for guests on payment of the entry fee, offering several swimming-pools, saunas, plunge pools, a Turkish steam bath, beauty and massage treatment rooms and a luxury restaurant.



There is free WiFi in the apartment. The apartment building has a laundry room which you can use free of charge. You can park your car in the main car park free-of-charge.



Good to know: The Castellum Penthouses Burgundian are located on the second floor and accessed via a generous staircase with landing. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
