"The resort was well maintained and the guest rooms have been nicely renovated. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. I particularly liked the restaurant’s dinner menu, but sadly it had only a limited selection for breakfast and the staff was not motivated. Something to work on to match the rest."

"Cabin was clean and cozy, location is right on the Big Thompson, nice having a private hot tub and grill, so those were big positives. Cabin got pretty warm without A/C and no table to sit and eat - not deal-breakers but not ideal for the price. Overall, a nice stay in a really good location."

Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before...

"Front desk staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The graciously offered me an early check-in and gave me a place to change into the clothes I brought for a wedding before my room was available. The room was beautiful and very well maintained, and offered me a view of a small lake."
