"Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. House was perfect size for all of us. Inside home could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Especially bathrooms for what it cost to stay. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks"

Air conditioning units in bedroom and living room. Patio withBBQ and gas fire pit. Perfect location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park."
