Situated on one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax in this great and well equipped apartment.

This highly functional 31m² apartment comes with a nice living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, an HD TV, a dining table for 2, as well as a very well equipped little kitchen (induction stove, stove top, Nespresso coffee maker...), plus a nice bathromm with a shower and a washing machine.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
