This 50 m² apartment is located in an old building. Fully renovated and bright, it consists of: - A large living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, as well as a dining table for 4/6 people. - An open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine. - A bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate. - Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people each. You can also leave your suitcases there. You will also find an iron and storage spaces! We provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules. Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
