Charming Studio Centre Ville De Lyon

HostnFly offers you this beautiful 21 m² studio on Lyon's famous peninsula, 2 steps from Place des Terreaux and Place de l'Opéra, 30 seconds' walk from the Hôtel de ville Louis Pradel metro station. The entrance is on rue de l'Arbre Sec, perpendicular to the most beautiful street in central Lyon, rue de la République. This small studio with poor insulation (neighborhood noise) is typical Canut, warm and functional. It's ideal for 2 people.


## Logement
The studio is located on the 3rd floor without elevator (steep, narrow stairs) and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a nice lounge area to relax after an intense day. You will find beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling that make the studio very warm.

You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle.

Please note that the apartment has poor sound insulation. You may therefore hear noise from the neighborhood. We advise light sleepers to bring earplugs.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike and you will be able to do everything on foot. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!  A paying parking lot is located near the studio.

A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The hill of San Sebastián, previously located in Franc-Lyonnais, was integrated to the city of Lyon in 1512, when Louis XII decided the construction of fortifications at the top of the slopes in order to defend the city of Lyon.
Located in the center of the peninsula, the 1st arrondissement is the smallest of all the districts of Lyon. Around the “Place des Terreaux”, bars and pubs make it one of the liveliest areas of the city.
