## Neighborhood

In the heart of the Presqu'île and the "Lamartinière/Terreaux" district, our apartment is an ideal starting point for discovering the city. You will easily access the banks of the Saône, the historic Saint Jean district, the Fourvière Basilica, the Croix-Rousse hill, Place des Terreaux, and the Palais Saint-Pierre. You will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, grocery store (supermarket in Presqu'île open 7/7), many bouchons, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, as well as typical markets (Saint Antoine or Croix Rousse). You will enjoy the charm of Place Sathonay, just steps away, where you might be tempted to join the locals for a game of pétanque.

## Transit

Very well-served by buses, metros, trams, bikes, and Hôtel de Ville just 5 minutes on foot. You can walk to explore Lyon’s traboules and the slopes of Croix-Rousse, the city center and its shops, stroll along the banks of the Saône, or take the Vaporetto to the new Confluence district, its contemporary architecture, and museum.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take bus C13 towards Hôtel de Ville at Part-Dieu station and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.

ST EXUPÉRY AIRPORT / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
