"Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. Got a bit of neck ache. ( Especially if 3...

"We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor."

"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). "Very good weekend away was somewhat spoiled by noisy neighbour above our bedroom banging around for an hour at midnight and again at 4.30am. Otherwise very good indeed."

"We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful."

The bungalow has everything needed for self-catering, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable seating and beds.
