"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either. My only complaints though, are it doesn't look like anyone has washed and of the windows of the entire establishment in over a year, they really need cleaned. "My room was nasty. There were leftover rags in the shower hanging off the bars. There was hair everywhere. The room smelt nasty. I literally looked for another hotel option. If only it weren't so late. I would never stay at this hotel again. Ever."

The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...
