Maple Brook Lodge Modern 3-Bedroom Unit Near New Forest

Located in one of the south coast’s best holiday parks, this modern, comfortable, and well-appointed lodge is an ideal holiday home for families or small groups looking for a relaxing break away that's close to the beach and New Forest.

Maple Brook Lodge, within Shorefield Country Park — is in a quiet location very near to some great facilities only a short walk away.

The lodge is finished to high standards and comes with open plan living, a double and two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

This attractive white-cladded lodge is set in quiet surroundings in a central east-facing plot on the park, only a short stroll to the main food & drink, entertainment, and leisure facilities on site - and the facility passes are included in the price of your stay! It comes with its own private balcony deck, and a single parking space.

The kitchen comes fully-stocked with all the appliances you’ll need, including fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob & oven, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, and microwave. In the ample cupboards for storage, you’ll also find plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The dining area features a simple oak-finished table and chair set for four diners, with placemats and coasters for meal times.

The lounge comes with a large soft-padded grey sofa on one side, ideal for sitting back and enjoying a film or show on the TV, which is equipped with a Firestick for various streaming apps. There’s also an electric fireplace for the colder months to keep you warm and cosy.

The master double bedroom, towards the rear of the lodge, is a lovely light-filled space with an ensuite shower room. Inside is plenty of cupboard storage, a wardrobe and drawers, a TV, and useful bedside powerpoints with USB sockets. The modern fitted ensuite features a toilet, basin, storage, and walk-in shower cubicle.

On the opposite end of the lodge are the two compact single bedrooms. The first features a single bed, wall cabinet, and shelving. The second has a single bed, wardrobe, and shelving. Both bedrooms also feature under-bed storage.

There's also a beautifully finished family shower room in this part of the home, with toilet, basin and cupboard unit, and a walk-in shower.

The exterior has a lovely wrap-around deck with a relaxing rattan-style outdoor furniture lounge set with coffee table, absolutely ideal for the warmer months. Also down the steps of the deck is a further outdoor dining table with four comfy rattan armchairs on a small patio.

The proximity of the lodge means it’s close by to some walking trails taking you directly into Milford-on-Sea village or beach by foot. Most of the other facilities at Shorefield Country Park are less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

Shorefield Country Park has a wide range of things to do, including various leisure facilities: with pools, gyms, a spa and tennis courts; food & drink options: the Tides Bar & Restaurant serves food all day, and there's a convenient shop for basic groceries; plus entertainment for all the family, with fun day activities, performances and workshops for the kids, and live evening entertainment for the grown ups.
