There is a well equipped kitchen and a high end 50” Samsung smart TV with fibre broadband.

Outside there is a patio area and lawn all south facing with nice planting, surrounded by mature oaks.

The property is in a beautiful rural area, close to all the New Forest attractions and only 1.5miles from the beach. There is a pub serving food within walking distance (Royal Oak)
