"What a unique experience staying in a literal tree house. The bathroom shared with the other tree house was so wonderfully built as is the barn that it resides in. "We have stayed at a couple of these little cottages & this one was the best! Communication was excellent prior to our trip, making checking in a breeze! "The house is just as wonderful as others have said, and the hosts were super responsive by text without intruding in the least — we met Deidre only once & by chance, as it were. The house is definitely compact, but the space is well apportioned. Worth noting that *indoors* it’s all one acoustic space — upstairs or down, all sound is audible to all; and the kitchen is necessarily modest. But we had a splendid time visiting for 2 lovely July weeks with our sons (18 and 19). We swam in the pond,...

"Big place all by yourself in the woods. Plenty of room to sleep. The couch beds are the foldable leather kinds and it was surprisingly comfortable. I had no problem sleeping. Nice waterfall hike nearby. Cute little town with old architecture. But we mostly hung around the house and played the basketball or wiffle ball in the yard. Plenty of space. "
