It offers 98 square meters of living space, combining the style and comfort of a city apartment with an exquisite waterfront location.

Even while enjoying breakfast in the heated conservatory, you'll have an unobstructed view of the lake year-round. From the garden at the rear of the building, you can swim and go boating from the jetty, or simply relax on the lakeside terrace.

A rowboat, deck chairs, and a barbecue are available for your use free of charge.

The apartment features two living rooms, a conservatory, two bedrooms with four beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. If needed, two additional guests can sleep on a sofa.
