"The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. "We only stayed 1 night. Grabbed a quick lunch at the restaurant and our meals were delicious and very reasonably priced. Looks like a nice place for families to stay. They had outdoor picnic areas, a pavilion with fireplace and a campfire area. We didn’t have time to walk around or use any of these amenities. They use security codes and not key cards which was great. Lodges were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Each lodge has their own kitchen area/common area. Help yourself to...

"I couldn't recommend this place more. The staff are all GENUINELY kind. They don't put on a show and act like they do just to make money. They do a phenomenal job at keeping it clean. And they allow your fur babies to stay with you(with a pet fee). If you or your family are coming to this area and want a family and pet friendly(wallet friendly too!) I recommend this spot!!"

"Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight."

"This property was completely rundown and outdated. No elevator and didn’t appear to be handicap accessible. I am surprised that state agencies would even let them function. The rooms were so filthy. It looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty in fact I did not even stay there and packed up and drove all the way back home all through the night. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get home, I would’ve probably asked for my money back, but I’m sure they would not have refunded."

"The problem here is that the place is so old and not kept up. The curtains were torn, entry doors were marked and scarred, the bathroom was dated and old. The sink was missing the stopper, there was a musty, dirty smell when you entered the lobby, and the pool looked like something out of a National Lampoon Vacation movie. There are only two motels in Ligonier so you have very little choice. I think you would be better served staying in Latrobe or selecting a bed and breakfast if you must stay...

"Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B"
