Close to all shops and transport 1st floor, with lift, unobstructed view due south. The accommodations are insured with a Luxembourg company. The landlord waives any recourse against the tenant in the context of a claim covered by the building insurance contract. As a reminder, the waiver of recourse clause against the tenant of the owner's home insurance does not make it possible to insure: •the tenant's property •the tenant's civil liability towards third parties. In order to comply with Luxembourg legislation, please note that all travellers will be asked to provide a copy of their identity document and to fill in an accommodation form.
