This 26 m² studio is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator on Rue Michel Rodange, in the Gare district. Large windows fill it with light, and it sleeps two guests.

🛋️ Living Area
The living space has a sofa, a round coffee table, a Smart TV and a small dining table for two by the window.

🛏️ Sleeping Area
A fold-down wall bed with a small double mattress (120 cm) folds away during the day to free up space. It suits solo travellers or couples who don't mind a snug bed. Bed linen and room-darkening shades are provided.

🍳 Kitchen
The modern kitchenette has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and cutlery. A welcome pack with coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets and soap is provided.

🚿 Bathroom
The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided.

🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays
A washing machine and an iron are in the studio (there is no dryer), and central heating keeps it warm in winter.

📍 Location and Getting Around
The central train station and the Old Town are within walking distance, the tram is about 10 minutes away, and restaurants are all around. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

ℹ️ Good to Know
The street can be a little noisy and you may occasionally hear planes. There is no air conditioning and no parking; street parking is paid via an app.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire studio to themselves. It is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The key is in a lockbox at the mailboxes, and step-by-step instructions and video guides are in your Guest Area after the online check-in.

The studio is in the Gare district of Luxembourg City, on a fairly quiet residential street within walking distance of the central train station and the Old Town. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all around, and the area is calm in the evening.

Getting Around:
The central train station is within walking distance, the tram is about 10 minutes away, and buses stop nearby, all free of charge throughout Luxembourg. The airport is around 15 minutes away by car or taxi, or reachable by tram. There is no parking at the building; street parking is paid via an app.

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
