"I came in for a quick overnight trip and this was conveniently located. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and in great condition. The staff that checked me in was super nice and courteous. It's an older building so the walls are thin, thankfully I had quiet people around me. Definitely would stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. "

"I have stayed at the Jefferson Inn numerous times over the past five years. I have always found it to be a very good value. They provide all of the basics. Bed, tv, bathroom, etc., meet my needs very well. On one visit, I left my driver's license at the motel, and they mailed it to me. I will stay there again. Parking is very convenient. There are places nearby to eat and get gas."

"The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...

"Overall, it wasn't the worst stay but the place needs some maintenance. The rooms could use a good deep clean as well. Maintenance wise, loose electrical sockets, trim around floor falling off, fan in bathroom didn't work. The cups for the coffee weren't wrapped, just Styrofoam cups. The service was good and was a chill place overall. "

"First and most important, is double check your credit card. I was charged 2x. At check in they charged me for my stay even though I already paid thru Expedia. Getting it reversed took a couple days because there was never a manager available. Breakfast is served from 6-9am but the first 3 days of my 5 day stay, they were out of food shortly after 8am. Room service is only available if you ask for it, which is fine, but we were not told that during our check in process. At the end of day 2, I...

"Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and new, super clean, and amazing staff! The breakfast buffet was such a nice surprise too, much better than any we have had at any other hotel in the past! We highly recommend this hotel and will def be back when we return to the area. 10/10!"

"Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. "

"There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience."
