I complained that the person at the front desk never even asked me for identification, and I had to tell her she needed to give it to me. She did not even take a credit card. "This was an affordable and close hotel to IU for graduation. Always came back to clean sheets and towels. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel prices in Bloomington are crazy for graduation. Book early. "
