"Great location and staff"

"We were pleasantly surprised by our room. The floors were clean. The bed was clean. Everything smelled good even in the hallway. There were no noisy neighbors and the balcony overlooking the water was peaceful and beautiful. We loved getting visits from the geese and the beautiful swan. I would absolutely stay there again."

"This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

"I was shocked when I saw the condition of the building. So much work needed to be done in our bathroom. In the hallways. My boyfriend even noticed that there was no emergency certificate in the elevator. Makes you wonder if they're up to date or up to code. In addition to the poor condition to the building it must not be insulated too well because we could literally hear every step they were taking above us. Even in the middle of the night it was just noisy. I do not recommend this location."

"This is a wonderful old Victorian that they did a great job updating. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to some spaces. The heater air conditioner has some black spots on it. And next to the stove has crumbs. I am not able to use stairs very well and there wasn't an option on check-in to request a first floor accommodation or a way to indicate before booking the room what that was going to look like which limited my ability to transport personal items to the room. I'm also unsure...

"The room was dirty, ketchup on the blow dryer, the mirrors were cloudy and the doors and door jams were filthy. I could see through the sheets and the blanket was super thin and did not keep me warm on a 5 degree night. There was a huge red stain on the chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk down in the middle. I was up on and off all night and did not sleep well at all. The toilet seat was spongy and sticky. There were no tissues, very few towels, which were small. The shower was so old...

"O Hotel é razoável, passei uma noite com minha filha após vir de um show em Chicago, nos colocaram em um quarto perto da piscina, super barulhento, acústica é pessima, e ainda tinha um frigobar no quarto que fazia um barulho enorme, ficava armando e desarmando a noite toda, o ar não funcionava, não tivemos uma boa noite. "The room wasn't the cleanest. We even saw a roach smh. They did let me know that housekeeping isnt that frequent. Every three days. Staff was nice. Good location. I'm not sure if I'd come back again because of the roach. I hate bugs. "

"The staff was very attentive. Izak was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very accommodating to some special needs. I didn't appreciate having to sign up for the Hilton honors to get access to the wifi. Overall a good stay and would stay there again and would feel comfortable recommending to others"

"Currently under construction, so not all amenities are available at the current moment, but this hotel is great for if you just need a safe affordable place to sleep. Massive sturdy building. Probably a great place to be if there was a tornado. Every staff person i have encountered was very kind and helpful. Would recommended to anyone traveling on a budget. Good value for the price. "
