Located at the foot of Lussan, in the Gard department of the Occitanie region, the vacation home Mas Bousquette is a fully restored 16th-century farmhouse rented exclusively for up to 14 guests. Lussan is one of the most beautiful villages in France. The 230 sqm home brings together 3 independent units, Le Grenier, La Bergerie, and Le Mûrier, on 2000 sqm of enclosed grounds. This makes it suited to family reunions or vacations with friends. You will find 5 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, with 1 king-size bed, 3 queen-size beds, and 3 double sofa beds. Each unit has its own fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as its own bathroom, for 3 bathrooms in total. La Bergerie features vaulted ceilings, and Le Mûrier offers an air-conditioned bedroom and a dedicated workspace. Amenities include WiFi, a fan, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer. For families, 3 cribs and 3 high chairs are provided. You also have access to 4 bicycles and shared gym equipment, and you can enjoy homemade olive oil, jam, and honey.



Outside, you can relax in the private garden, on 2 covered terraces, or on 3 uncovered terraces. A private outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, and a private grill are also available. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walk.



On-site parking is available with 3 shared spaces. Up to 3 pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed. Events are not allowed on the property. Beach towels are provided.
