"Location excellent just on the beach where everybody went and found shells, stones even an ammonite. So we went home with a small memento.House was amazing with everything catered for, the communication was faultless so there was no delay in getting in or knowing where things were.Overall a very successful four nights for everybody and I think the owners have got it right."

"A charming property, clean and with everything we needed. Julie gave us a warm welcome welcoming and was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations for our stay. It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too."

"We had a fantastic stay at Cedar House! The accommodation was excellent, and we especially loved the pool and sauna facilities. The location was perfect—enjoying a walk to Bosham for sunsets and exploring beautiful coastal trails just a short drive away. Communication from the host was great, making the experience even smoother. We would definitely love to return!"

"Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for multiple nights. "

"This was an ideal stay for me and my family to celebrate my 70th. The house was wonderful, very peaceful and ideal for walking, biking, horse riding. We had massages and a sound bath session which were really good. I’ve made precious memories with my family and thoroughly recommend this house and surroundings to stay at. I’d love to revisit in the summer so we can use the outside area more. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The host was wonderful, helpful, interested and interesting.We were a family group for a wedding and we had family with baby in the barn and grown ups in the house.The house is very very nicely furnished, well equipped and the garden is beautiful.We didn’t swim but enjoyed paddling in the pool.Kitchen was very well equipped.We were grateful for the fans around the house as it was crazy hot.We hope to visit again and couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. "

"This was the perfect place to bring our future son in-law to get his taste of beautiful rural England . We have lived in Australia for 30 years and organised a wonderful family reunion in Lynleys beautiful converted stables.Lynley was so helpful with all our organisations and nothing was too much for her . The peace and quiet and fabulous walks from the back of the property were amazing . I would definitely recommend this property "
