This 19th-century farmhouse has been fully restored. The large longère (farmhouse) houses the owner's residence and this spacious gîte, converted from the former stables. It is ideally designed for a stay with friends or family. Its gable-end terrace makes it completely private, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals. You'll be immersed in the heart of the countryside and nature. You'll have access to a large, wooded garden with a pond. Why not take advantage of this space to relax to the sound of birdsong?

On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen opening onto a large open-plan living and dining area, ideal for socializing. Each bedroom has its own private shower/bathroom. One bedroom with an en-suite shower room (shower/toilet) is accessible for people with reduced mobility (two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together). On this level, there is also a master suite (one 140x190cm bed) with a mezzanine (one 90x190cm bed and one 120x190cm bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with a 160x190cm bed. The Florida bedroom has an en-suite shower room (shower/toilet), and the Montana bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (bath/toilet). A single bed (90cm) can be added if needed. All bedrooms have a desk. For security, cameras are installed at the entrance to the property.

The cottage is fully equipped with a reversible heat pump (heating in winter, air conditioning in summer). The Lurcy-Lévis race track is 1km away.
