"A very comfortable, roomy and well equipped property in an ideal location to explore Fife. As a group of golfers it was perfect as it was a 25 minute drive to St Andrews with other golf options nearer to the property. There was plenty of private parking and the beds were comfortable after a long day on the links. The owner, Liz, was very communicative and we had all the instructions we needed well before we arrived. Would stay again if we have a group playing at St Andrews. "

"An absolutely wonderful home for a large family or group of friends to stay at! There were 7 of us in our party and the home was a great size for us. All of us having beds, ease of use of the restrooms, and a dining room large enough to accomodate those late night meals after a day exploring the city. Couldn't have been better for us!"

"Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "

"This was the second year I stayed at the Iona Street accomodations for my visit to the Fringe, and I am just as pleased as I was last year. The staff is friendly and helpful, cleaners are attentive and thorough, and I enjoy having a kitchenette to keep dining costs down. Access to public transport is convenient, and walking to or from the Fringe is only 30 mins (take Easter St for a prettier route). "Perfect location. Amazing views from your own bench set and fire pit or the porch. Cabin was very clean with all mod cons - even USB charging points. Comfortable bed and the best shower I’ve even experienced on a campsite. Owner was polite, friendly and helpful. We booked an extra night and will definitely be staying again - next time with dog!"

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
