"Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture"

"The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!"

We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. "We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. "The 4 of us had a fantastic stay, the beds were so comfy, the location was great with everything you need close by, and parking was easy especially since the driveway was recently paved.
