The old Rectory Surcasti was built in 1610. This house is located 1000 m above sea level in Surcasti, a well-known place in the Val Lumnezia area, known as the valley of light. With love and devotion this house was created for our guests to enjoy. This is a non-smoking property, is not suitable for young children and is not wheelchair accessible. This house is on a garden plot of 750 square meters. The living area is 190 square meters and can accommodate up to 9 people. Various terraces offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The trail to Vrin is located right in front of the Old Rectory house. You can find more recreational suggestions in the houses library. In the summer months swimmers can enjoy the lake Davos Munts, at Cresta or Cauma Lake, or the outdoor pool at the spa of Ilanz Vals. There are golf courses in the nearby villages of Brigels and Sagogn. Winter sports enthusiasts will find slopes and cross-country skiing at Vals, the ski resort Obersaxen / Mundaun and in the white arena of Flims-Laax-Falera. The old Rectory Surcasti welcomes you, and shares its calm, beautiful, surrounding areas. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

The 190 square meter house can accommodate uo to 9 persons. The last major renovation on this house took place in 2012. There are two bedrooms with one double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed. There are three bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The house is centrally heated. In the living room and in the library there is a soapstone stove for extra warmth. The house has a dining room and a large, well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (Please bring your own Nespresso capsuls), filter coffee machine, Machinetta Napoletana (espresso maker), kettle, fondue set, raclette, toaster etc. Remarks: bed, bath and kitchen towels, cleaning, electricity/water/heating as well as the municipal tax (tourist tax) are included.
