Sant Ambroggio Bungalow

The residence is located in Sant Ambroggio in Haute Corse, in the heart of the Balagne micro-region.

The villa is located by the sea (100m from the beach) with a furnished terrace and garden (barbecue). It is composed of a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom and separate WC, an American kitchen, a living room with a 140cm bed which opens onto the terrace of around 15m² with a view of the sea.

A few minutes from the village of Lumio, 10 minutes by bus from Calvi and Sainte Catherine airport, 20 minutes from Ile Rousse.

Located halfway between Calvi and Ile Rouse in Haute Corse, in the heart of the Balagne micro-region, Sant Ambroggio is a lovely marina. You will be seduced by the beauty of its beaches with rocks shaped by the sea and the wind.

At your disposal on the Marine de Sant Ambroggio: Marina, car rental, gas station, brasserie, shopping center, bakery, butcher, mini-market, ship chandler, tea room, press house, hairdresser, shops.

In the marina of Lumio Sant'Ambroggio, near the apartment, you can practice many sports activities: tennis, seawater swimming pool, boat and mountain bike rental, diving.

La Balagne, ideal compromise between cultural tourism, green tourism and seaside tourism, is located between Calvi and Ile Rousse, in a hinterland of hills overlooking the sea. Antigua nicknamed the "Garden of Corsica".

Arrival times are normally scheduled at 5:00 p.m. Departure times are normally scheduled in the morning at 10:00 a.m.

Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them. All facilities are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.

The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached description. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee on his departure, the price of cleaning the rented premises (fixed at a flat rate of 60.-), the total value at the replacement price of the objects, furniture or broken, cracked, chipped or damaged materials and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cost of cleaning the blankets made dirty, compensation for damage of any kind concerning the curtains, wallpapers, ceilings , rugs, carpeting, windows, bedding, etc. ...
