"This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. "The house was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we needed. (In the main house there were a few more stairs than we were aware of, and a few very narrow and steep staircases which made it a bit more difficult for one of our family members who recently had broken a few ribs to get around, but not a deal breaker by any means) The pool was excellent (but could use a little shade - we were all vying for space under the one umbrella)Overall we had an excellent stay. "Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"The home was a lovely place to have a mother-daughter weekend getaway. We loved the decor and charm of the home. "This beautiful property was in a great location- convenient to Downtown Doylestown, New Hope, and Lambertville, where there are so many restaurants, pubs, shops, bookstores, and things to do. The owner’s attention to detail made our stay so enjoyable! Homemade baked goods, Keurig coffees, fruits, and even chocolates on the pillows! We had our own private deck, private entrance, and access to the beautiful grounds. A hidden gem in a perfect location for all of our activities! Thank you Lucille!"

"Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. "
