PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The house is very quiet and idyllic in the beautiful village of Lumbarda on the island of Korcula in southern Dalmatia, in the first row to the sea. The sea is only about 20m away - the nearest sandy beach is about 150m. There are two apartments next to each other on the ground floor, each for 4-5 people. Both apartments share a common terrace with sea views. There is a small outdoor grill in the garden that can be used by both parties.

Both apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV, as well as 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen-living room.
The house also includes a free boat mooring. Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement. The hosts have been running a small wine tasting room since 2023 and also offer their own products, such as schnapps, olive oil, Marmlda, and also offer various specialties and typical dishes from the region.
