The house is accessed from a well-kept and fenced garden; on the ground floor there is a service bathroom, a large and comfortable living room with a large window overlooking the garden in front of the house and a well-equipped and modern kitchenette

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower)
