Overall it was a very comfortable stay and both the buffet breakfast and dinner were nice. The shuttle bus to the train station in the morning made it easier to travel to see the sunrise, and with the hotel located in the centre of the park, it was close to all the main walks. "Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops.
