Located in an elegant building in one of the most renowned neighborhoods of the city, this apartment has a pleasant surprise: one of the two rooms has access to a large crescent-shaped terrace where you can spend time outdoors watching the city move around and admire the mountains that surround Lugano.

The center is less than 10 minutes away on foot, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre, the main trade fair centre in the city, is only a 5-minute walk away.



How to arrive: 

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction \"Viganello\") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at \"Ponte Madonnetta\" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the bus N.2 (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the \"Lugano Palazzo Studi\" stop. Proceed for 550 m on foot (7 minutes) to reach the residence.
