The newly built holiday home is located on a closed plot of the landlord. Here is another cottage with three Ferienwohnugnen. Quiet location near the Achterwasser - on peninsula Gnitz - in Lütow. At the nearby campsite (about 10 minutes walk) there is a bike rental and also restaurants and a small shop. In the village about 300 meters there is a restaurant and about 800 meters a swimming area on Achterwasser. Until the resort Zinnowitz and the beach is about 7 km.

The spacious and modern 130 sqm holiday home has on the ground floor a spacious living room with a couch corner and another couch and a fireplace. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and toilet. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bedroom with double bed and adjoining balcony and the second bedroom with double bed and an additional couch that can be used as Aufbettungsmöglichkeit. The bathroom upstairs also has a shower and toilet. A seating area in the garden and barbecue facilities are also available. The initial bed linen is included. Please bring towels. A parking space is free on the property. A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. In the seaside resorts there is a tourist tax.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
