The space
As a brand new build, this apartment boasts all the latest modern amenities and features tasteful contemporary decor and has all the essentials you need to make your stay comfortable.

The spacious open-plan, kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light and fresh air from the Juliette balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, with a dining area that comfortably seats four.

The bedroom features a comfortable super king-sized bed and views over the Shropshire hills, with plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom has a shower.

We have parking for one car at the front of the apartment and there are further visitor spaces on the estate.

So whether you are a solo traveller, couple, or friends away for business or leisure, the apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay, close to the heart of Ludlow.

The apartment is located on the first floor, with its own entrance on the ground floor. Accessible via stairs

We have a Smart TV. You are welcome to log into any of the streaming channels, as we don't have accounts for them, but please remember to log out when you leave.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
