Directly located on the quiet Middle Bayou of Hamlin Lake with direct access to the main body of Hamlin Lake. Several boat ramps within 1 mile. Private dock in your front yard. Bridge water depth is about 2.5 feet, and clearance is about 6-7 feet. If you have a tall antenna or high top, they may need to be removed to clear under the bridge.

Check out the view from your windows! One of those million dollar views over the Middle Bayou. Have a cup of coffee as the sun rises. Lounge in your chair on your private dock or throw a line in to catch some dinner. Plenty of room to tie up your boat or Jet skis. Two bedroom, two bath cottage on Hamlin Lake's Middle Bayou. Protected inlet great for fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. Direct water access to Hamlin's main body of water so you can get out there and fish, ski, tube, wake board, or jet ski. Enjoy being right in the middle of everything. Minutes from a boat launch and boat rentals. 5-10 minutes to Ludington State Park and beach. Less than 5 miles to Ludington downtown beach.

Enjoy an evening sitting around the fire pit while you grill your fresh catch on the large charcoal grill. Plenty of outdoor furniture for your use. Come enjoy the outdoors. Several outdoor games provided for you to enjoy with the family. Great fishing right from your dock, but I hear the bigger ones might be hanging out in deeper water.

What can you expect for outside furniture? Fire pit, picnic table, large charcoal grill, 5 Adirondack chairs plus 3 outdoor chairs plus 2 portable outdoor chairs for lots of versatility.

Enjoy opening the windows and getting that cool breeze that comes across Lake Michigan and Hamlin Lake. But for the times when it's hot, you can enjoy the central air conditioner. No noisy window units. For those colder months, there is also central heat.

Tired of having to wait to get in the bathroom? This is one of the few 2 bedroom houses available with a 2nd bathroom!

What can I expect inside? 55 inch 4k HD smart TV with ROKU in the living room and a 32 inch ROKU in one bedroom, blue ray player, high speed internet, wi-fi, electric fireplace, games. Fully furnished Kitchen with microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cookware, bake ware, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, blender, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, waffle mix, syrup, paper towels, trash bags. Did I forget anything?

Sleeps 6 (Max 5 adults): Queen bed in one bedroom, twin xl over queen bunk in 2nd bedroom. The setup will work much better for couples sharing the cottage, yet still provide a great setup for families. Total sleeping capacity will be 6 which includes the pull-out sleeper(single bed). Fully furnished with bed linens, towels, shampoo, soaps, TP, and even firewood. Just bring your personal items, maybe some charcoal for the grill, and relax.

Parking for 3 cars, or 2 cars and 1 boat. Parking is tight, there are only 3 parking spots.

Minimum 2-3 night most weeks, 7 nights during prime summer weeks.

This property has easy check-in access. Come sit back, relax, and enjoy this lakeside cottage.

A security camera pointed towards the parking area and the dock are installed on the property. There are no interior devices.
