"We had a great stay. This little house is so cute and walking distance to a lot. We were there for July 4th and had a lot of fun at the block party and mills river brewing’s party for the 4th. We were bummed Sierra Nevada was closed on the 4th, we really wanted to check it out."

"Perfect for a weekend to get away from it all. The stream was a great spot for fishing. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and beds and bedding very comfortable. Screened porch as a nice place to spend the mornings and evenings. Thank you!!"

"The property was wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. We're very appreciative of all the extras, the hot tub, fire pit, coffee, snacks, menu/brochures for local restaurants/events, and dog friendly. The location is beautiful and quiet but a quick drive to downtown Waynesville. Denise was a wonderful host. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway retreat. We'll definitely visit again when we're in the area."

"The property is as described and so homey. The eclectic decor and period architecture are spot on. It looks great! The kitchen amenities are perfect for the occasional meal in and the spice selection really compliments those of us who cook. "Beautiful remote serene location! Property has much to explore from a firepit near a lovely creek to a short hike up to a scenic ridge to a Nature Chapel where we searched for birds. The cabin was cozy and quaintly rustic with charming country decor. The porches were set up for relaxing and winding down from a fast-paced world. The hot tub was ready and waiting for us. We loved every bit of our stay and created wonderful 40th anniversary memories. "

"So the only problem i had was finding the entrance to the room. The room is located near the back corner of the house and i got there at night when everything was extremely dark. I don’t remember seeing directions to the room on the posting, if i did then im sorry and disregard this. But that was literally the only problem i had. The room was great!"
