"The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

"Muito perto do SnowSummit. Quartos com muito barulho, você ouve todo "encanamento" do outro quarto, no dia que chegamos às 23 hs fomos acordados por um barulho muuuuuito alto, ficamos assustados (aí descobrimos que era o quarto ao lado usando o chuveiro). O hotel não tem café da manhã, ele te dá um voucher de 24 dólares para usar em um restaurante anexo com a comida muito razoável. Para ligar o chuveiro e controlar a temperatura da água é um horror! Enfim, deixa muito a desejar, só a localização que vale a pena! Muito bem localizado "
