"Beautiful location, right by the lake. Property was well managed and maintained. "

"Just what we wanted…a place to relax with a lake view. The deck is as described…perfect views of the lake, sunrise and the moon. There is no way off of it, so it was great for the dog as well. The sitting arrangements of sofas is also great…can be together but doing separate things- two people worked a puzzle while the other two watched a movie. Kitchen is sparse, and absolutely nothing other than salt and pepper, so plan on getting spices, cooking oils, aluminum foil, etc. There is a Safeway...

"Great house- plenty of room for everyone-fenced yard for the pups- caught bass, bluegill all released. The lake was starting to turn, so no swimming. Only nit-pick-cooking pans kind of groty. Loved the stove!"

"Lovely house well appointed with charming decor. Kitchen is roomy and has every gadget you could want. Living room is comfy with a large smart tv. But the huge selling point for us was the outstanding back yard which is literally right on the water with a private dock perfect for fishing. There is a beautiful big shade tree for the summer months, as well as a shaded picnic table so you can eat outside in comfort. We are birders and this place was outstanding for birding. We saw: Black Crowned...

"Great house in a great location. Everything my family needed for memorable trip was provided and then some. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the water for swimming, paddle boarding, and boating. We will definitely look into booking this again in the future."

"Couldn't have been more perfect. Lots of outdoor space for little ones to play. Great dock for fishing and water toys. Indoor game room fun.Three families with plenty of gathering and private areas. Spacious kitchen will stocked extra frig in garage. The nature was amazing, swans, geese, birds, otter and much more don't forget your binoculars.Not so good for elderly if any mobility issues steps are steep.Host Michael very responsive nice to work with. Already looking at dates for next year."

"What a great location! One of the best areas of Clearlake and overlooks the Soda Bay Springs. The house was very comfortable and the views incredible. Really enjoyed the decks and dock, watching the wildlife and sunsets. "

"It was a fun space for all 8 of us! Owners were very responsive and helpful! We loved waking up to the peaceful sounds and views of the lake! All of the amenities worked well. We went to Lakeport and rented a boat and jet ski which was super fun and easy! "

"Such a beautiful place for our sibling reunion, brother from Oklahoma, my sister coming from New Delhi India and two of us from Stockton, CA. The home is beautiful. relaxed on the big deck looking over the lake, fished and swam, unfortunately the lake was too choppy for kayaking. Loved the ping pong table as we all enjoy playing"

"Location was good, nice view, but I didn’t realize highway 20 was just 40 yards below the deck, thus somewhat noisy outside. The host was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more. There was some dirt on blinds and window sills, but not bad. The neighborhood was ok, a few abandoned homes down the road, but nice homes surrounding the house. Overall a good stay, we went to Blue Lakes lodge to swim the next day, nice… "
